Eligibility & Evaluation
- Main Contractor Eligibility: Must be legally registered (Pakistan or U.S.), capable of making USD payments, possess a minimum of three years' experience in international expert exchange, have experience with U.S. Government contracts, maintain compliant financial systems, and pass Risk Analysis Management (RAM) vetting. All key personnel must also pass RAM vetting.
- Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Proposals will be assessed on:
