  • Base Period: Date of contract award (estimated 8/1/2026) to 5/31/2027.

  • Option Period 3: 6/1/2029 to 5/31/2030.
  • Option Period 4: 6/1/2030 to 5/31/2031.

• Evaluation Factors: Award will be based on the best overall proposal considering Technical (most important), Past Performance, and Price.

• All work shall be performed at the contractor's site.

Bidders need to ensure they identify appropriate references and provide them with sufficient time to complete and submit the questionnaire by the deadline.
