Scope of Work

The requirement is for the supply of:

• Four (4) Human Cytokine/Chemokine/Growth Factor Panel A 48 Plex Immunoassay Kits.
• One (1) MPXPVER-K25 MAGPIX Performance Verification Kit.
• One (1) MPXCAL-K25 MAGPIX Calibration Kit. The immunoassay kits must be designed from analytically validated panels, have standardized and fixed standard curve ranges, and consistent standard concentrations across all analytes for quantitative assays. These kits will be used at the National Institutes of Health – NIMH, Bethesda, MD.

Contract Details

• Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (RFQ) for commercial items.
• Acquisition Method: Conducted under FAR 12.603, Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Products or Commercial Services, and expected to be under the simplified acquisition threshold.
• Set-Aside: Unrestricted.
• Applicable Clauses: Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 will be included.

Submission & Evaluation

• Proposal Due: June 18, 2026, at 5:30 pm EDT.
• Submission Method: Responses must be submitted via the SAM.gov webportal.
• Required Information: Unit and total price, shipping and handling costs, delivery period after award, delivery terms, F.O.B. point, product/catalog numbers, and a detailed product/service description. Offerors must also include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Items.
• Evaluation Factors: Price, Technical capability, Past performance, and Delivery schedule.
