Specific delivery windows are provided for initial "seed project" deliveries in May 26-29, 2026, and June 15-18, 2026. The LNG must meet detailed quality specifications (Attachment 3), including composition, heating values, and Wobbe Index, and comply with environmental requirements. Strict measurement and testing protocols for LNG tankers are outlined (Attachment 2), covering device requirements, calibration, accuracy tolerances, and quality analysis using GPA Standards.

Submission & Evaluation
