Scope of Work

- Providing all serving utensils.
- Menus offering variety, contrast in texture, flavor, and color, including entree (no pork), starch, vegetables, bread, dessert, salad, and beverages.
- Providing condiments (mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, steak sauce, hot sauce, salad dressings, syrup, salt, and pepper).
- Food preparation occurring within a 60-mile radius of the delivery location.
- Contractor employees having a minimum of one hour of ServSafe certified training.
- Compliance with all Federal, State, and local health guidelines.
