The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and other items necessary to provide the listed concrete forms, including various sizes of steel inside/outside corner angles, filler forms (birch and metal), wedge bolts, and waler brackets. All items must be compatible with SureBuilt Forms.
