- Past Performance: The Government will assess the quoter's recent (past 3 years), relevant, and quality performance using internal sources (e.g., CPARS, SPRS). No past performance submission is required from offerors.
- Price: Include all cost and price data for evaluation of fairness and reasonableness.
- Basis of Award: A single FFP contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, considering Technical (Acceptable/Unacceptable), Past Performance, and Price. Offerors are advised to submit their best offer as exchanges are not anticipated.
