Scope of Work

The Rifle Ranger District office is a two-story building with approximately 7,500 square feet of total floor space, including three restrooms and a break room/kitchen. Services include:

  • Basic Services: Weekly cleaning of offices, cubicles, restrooms, break room/kitchen, conference room, lobby, supply closet, and hallways. Tasks involve dusting, trash collection, floor cleaning (vacuuming, mopping), restroom cleaning (toilets, sinks, surfaces), kitchen cleaning (counters, sinks, microwave), and high surface cleaning.
  • Biannual Services: Window washing, carpet cleaning, and floor stripping/refinishing as directed by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). These periodic tasks should be priced as separate line items (CLINs) and invoiced upon completion. This is a non-personal services contract, meaning the Government will not supervise contractor employees.

Work hours are weekly, initially 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (MT) until background checks are complete, then outside normal business hours (6:00 pm - 6:00 am on weekends).
  • Materials: Contractors must use bio-based materials where practical, provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and use products with minimal or no scent.
  • Quality Control: A Quality Control Program (QCP) and Work Plan are required. Performance will be monitored against an Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) of 90% satisfactory observations.
