Scope of Work
The BPA will cover comprehensive rigging and moving services, including:

- Compliance with EM 385-1-1, Chapter 16 for load handling equipment (LHE) over 2,000 lbs.
- Deploying a certified rigging crew within 10 days of a BPA Call.
- Maintaining a primary maintenance facility or staging area within a 90-mile radius of NSWC Crane.
- Services may involve offloading new machinery, relocating existing machinery (up to 60,000 lbs), placing/leveling/anchoring, and removal/disposal of decommissioned equipment.
