- Repair, maintenance, and construction of pavement structures (roads, parking lots).
- Related civil works such as curb/gutter, drainage pipes, manholes, earthwork, sidewalks, markings, traffic signs, restoration, and demolition.

Contract Details
- Contract Type: Fixed-Price, Single Award, Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ).
- Period of Performance: One-year basic period with one one-year option and a maximum six-month option to extend services. (Option Year Two has been deleted by amendment).
- Estimated Value: Guaranteed Minimum of ¥300,000; Unguaranteed Maximum of ¥1,500,000,000 for the entire contract life. Estimated annual ordering is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 (or equivalent Yen), with a maximum order amount of ¥200,000,000.
