Scope of Work
This opportunity requires the supply, hauling, and tailgate spreading of crushed stone aggregate for roadway maintenance and stabilization at the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge. The work involves delivering materials in 20-22 ton loads and spreading them along approximately 3.5 miles of designated refuge roadways. This is a Not-to-Exceed contract with estimated quantities.
Key Requirements
- Materials: Approximately 3,500 tons of 1.5-inch minus angular crushed stone aggregate and 3,500 tons of 3/4-inch minus angular crushed stone aggregate. Materials must be clean, durable, free of organic matter, and meet applicable MassDOT or equivalent state specifications.

Technical and past performance are significant evaluation factors. Failure to adhere to instructions may result in disqualification.
