- Bridge Maintenance: Operation and maintenance of RIA bridges, specifically the Moline Bridge, Rock Island Viaduct, RIA Viaduct Pedestrian Bridge, and the Government Swing Span Bridge.
- Pest Management: Comprehensive pest management services, including surveillance, identification, breeding site removal, pesticide applications, and establishing an environmentally sound and effective integrated pest management program.
