Contract Details & Requirements
- Contract Type: Solicitation (Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities apply).
- Delivery: Final delivery within 365 days. Early and incremental delivery is acceptable. A variation in quantity of -5% of the total contract quantity is allowed.
- Quality Assurance: Government Quality Assurance at source (DCMA NSEO QAR Government Source Inspection) is re-instated. Contractors must maintain a quality system in accordance with ISO-9001 (with ISO-10012 or ANSI-Z540.3 with ISO-17025) or MIL-I-45208 (with MIL-STD-45662).
- Certifications: Required for Quality Conformance/Compliance Inspection (Chemicals and Mechanicals) per AWS A5.01 and AWS A5.28. A Certificate of Compliance is mandatory for SPECIAL EMPHASIS material.
