• Deadline Extension: The Government will not grant an extension; the deadline remains 10:00 AM on 26 January 2026.

• Incumbent Information: This is a new requirement. Information on previous contracts can be researched via public government procurement databases.
• Preferred Work Days/Times: Offerors should review the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specific work schedule requirements.
• Contract Hours: The total estimated hours for the contract are confirmed at 2,080 hours for the 12-month period of performance. The previously referenced "Attachment Estimated Hourly Workload Per Year" of 864 hours is superseded. Proposals should be based on 2,080 hours, representing a full-time equivalent (FTE).

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products for a non-personal services contract to provide Catholic Administrative Religious Education Coordinator services at Fort Hood, Texas. The contractor will assist the Catholic Chaplain and Priest in conducting religious education services in accordance with Roman Catholic Church guidelines, Archdiocese for the Military Services policies, Army Regulation 165-1, and Installation Chaplain Policies. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 813110 (Religious Services) with a small business size standard of $8M. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.

• Provide Catholic Administrative Religious Education Coordination services.

• Assist in conducting religious education services.

• Prepare and provide a monthly calendar of Religious Education (RE) events.

• Prepare facility reservation requests and publicity flyers for RE programs.

• Track weekly RE program attendance and prepare attendance reports.

• Format and organize program materials provided by the government.

• Assist in preparing program materials (making copies, distribution, resetting spaces).

• Collect and prepare sacramental records in the AMS portal.

• Attend 100% of required meetings.

• Respond to government communications within 48 hours (business days) or 72 hours (weekends/holidays).

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.5. MICC Fort Hood intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for a non-personal services contract for the Roman Catholic Religious Education Coordinator function at Fort Hood, Texas. This role involves assisting the Catholic Chaplain and Priest in conducting religious education services.

• Provide Catholic Administrative Religious Education Coordinator services.

• Assist the Catholic Chaplain and Priest in conducting religious education services in accordance with Roman Catholic Church guidelines, Archdiocese for the Military Services policies, Army Regulation 165-1, and Installation Chaplain Policies.

• Develop and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP).

• Complete required training (Anti-Terrorism Level I, OPSEC, iWATCH, Information Assurance, PII, Child Protection).

• Safeguard all Government equipment, information, and property.
