Scope of Work
The contractor will provide Catholic Administrative Religious Education Coordination services, including:
- Assisting in conducting religious education services in accordance with Roman Catholic Church guidelines, Archdiocese for the Military Services policies, Army Regulation 165-1, and Installation Chaplain Policies.
- Preparing and providing a monthly calendar of Religious Education (RE) events.
- Preparing facility reservation requests and publicity flyers for RE programs.
- Tracking weekly RE program attendance and preparing attendance reports.
- Formatting and organizing program materials provided by the government.
- Assisting in preparing program materials (copies, distribution, resetting spaces).
- Collecting and preparing sacramental records in the AMS portal.
- Attending 100% of required meetings and responding to government communications within 48 business hours or 72 weekend/holiday hours.
- Developing and maintaining a Quality Control Plan (QCP).
- Completing required training (Anti-Terrorism Level I, OPSEC, iWATCH, Information Assurance, PII, Child Protection).
- Safeguarding Government equipment, information, and property, and establishing key control methods.
- The coordinator must obtain a Catechist certification within 90 days of contract award and be computer competent with Microsoft Office software.
