To paint the roofs of buildings located at 33 Wilkinson Ave., Cedarhurst, Hamilton Parish CR04. The work includes painting the Main building, Cottage, Pool house, and Garage roofs.

• Use powder base roof paint.

• Power wash and fix any cracks on roofs.

• Apply two coats of powder base roof paint.

• Clean up paint droppings and leave areas clean.

• Remove, cut, alter, replace, patch, and repair existing work as necessary.

• Protect existing improvements and utilities from damage.

• Location: Cedarhurst, 33 Wilkinson Ave. Hamilton Parish CR04.

• Site Visit: May 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the work location.
