Award will be based on the Lowest Price. Offers must be submitted on all line items (ELINs 0001-0007) of the pricing sheet, including all markups. Failure to acknowledge amendments may lead to proposal rejection.

Special Requirements

Contractors must minimize interference with facility operations, field verify all conditions, and are responsible for site security and job safety. Bond requirements include a payment bond for proposals $35K+ and bid, payment, and performance bonds for $150K+. The Buy American Act applies. Liquidated damages are $880 per Calendar Day.
