Eligibility & Submission Requirements

  • Possess authorization to operate and do business in the Czech Republic (DOSAR 652.242-73).
  • Be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). Proposals must be a fixed-price lump sum and include a proposed construction schedule, phasing plan, Bill of Materials (BOM), product literature, technical specifications, Quality Control Schedule (QCS), Project Safety Plan (PSP), and evidence of relevant experience and qualifications.
