Submission Requirements

Interested parties must submit responses organized into two parts: Corporate Information and Capabilities and Execution Strategy. Information requested includes company capabilities, small business status, prime contractor plan, manufacturer status, workshare estimates, subcontractor interest, and specific experience in core simulation, interoperability, environmental hardening, hybrid development, and FMS operations. A Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) is required for FMS planning, covering design, development, production, delivery, installation, interoperability, and CLS for both FTDs.
