Scope of Work
The project involves the design and installation of new permanent emergency generators with ATS and By-Pass/Isolation Switches (BP/IS) for two main locations:
- Building #212 (Base Power Plant): Provide and install a new EPA-compliant emergency generator, 4-pole ATS, and BP/IS within the existing electrical room. This includes removing existing generator connections, installing new service lines, ductbanks/manholes, a new Main Distribution Panel, and adequate grounding. A red flashing beacon will indicate emergency power operation.
- Building #1216 (Sewage Treatment Plant): Provide and install a new EPA-compliant emergency generator, 4-pole ATS, and BP/IS within a new concrete pre-manufactured utility vault. This also includes removing existing generator connections, installing new high-voltage switchgear, transformer, low-voltage panelboard, service lines, ductbanks/manholes, and adequate grounding. A red flashing beacon will be installed on the new utility vault. Additionally, a new underground high voltage distribution system will replace existing overhead sections in the area.
- Miscellaneous: Testing and commissioning, delivery of As-built drawings, and delivery of Spatial Data.

Key Requirements
