- Four (4) RTI Connext DDS Secure, Developer Subscriptions (1-9 licenses), each including one developer license, software with security plugins, 1-year term, multi-platform support (Windows, Linux, macOS), library source code, royalty-free OEM Runtime CPU Licenses, software updates, and self-service support.
- One (1) Essential Support, Annual Subscription, providing remote technical support, access to RTI Academy, 48 hours of RTI Xcelerators for training, and a Customer Success Manager. The RTI software is a unique data distribution tool compatible with existing government systems and platforms.
Key Requirements & Compliance
Offerors must comply with several cybersecurity mandates:
- DFARS 252.204-7012 and NIST 800-171, including implementation of controls such as multi-factor authentication, least privilege, remote access monitoring, and auditing user privileges.
- Cyber Incident Response procedures, requiring data delivery within 15 days of discovery and cooperation with the Department of Defense Cyber Crimes Center (DC3).
- Engagement with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) for industry outreach.
- Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level Requirements, with the specific level to be inserted by the Contracting Officer. All costs, including shipping and freight to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114, as well as any tariffs or duties, must be included in the quoted price.
