- Work will occur in an open-ocean environment with high recreational vessel traffic and public beach use.
- Contractor is responsible for providing all labor, equipment, plant, supervision, safety controls, environmental protection measures, beach placement, grading, cleanup, and incidental work.
- Lake Wesley will not be available for staging or safe harbor use.
