Justification & Intent
This action is pursued on a sole-source basis under 10 U.S.C. 3204 (a)(1) as implemented by FAR Subpart 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source." Eaton Aeroquip Inc. is identified as the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the Rynglok Tool Set, and owner of all technical data. The Government intends to negotiate this procurement with Eaton Aeroquip Inc. and/or its authorized distributors.
