This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services, specifically waste management services for the Truxton Canon Agency. • Evaluation Criteria: Offers will be evaluated based on Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. Technical capability will assess the ability to meet SOW requirements. Past performance will evaluate recent and relevant contract history. Price will be evaluated for reasonableness.

• This requirement is set-aside 100% for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs).

Statement of Work (SOW)

To procure solid waste and recycle collection services for the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) Truxton Canyon Agency (TCA) in Valentine and Peach Springs, AZ.

• Provide complete solid waste and recycle material collection services.

• Includes pick-up, haul, dump, and cleaning of waste receptacles.
