Scope of Work
The requirement involves comprehensive grout and ceramic tiled flooring restoration and maintenance in public restrooms. Key services include:
- Applying protective sealant to approximately 15,394 sq ft of tile/grout and 20,000 sq ft of terrazzo flooring.
- Providing quarterly maintenance for 40,000 sq ft of tile flooring and adjacent walls.
- Performing restorative services to maintain a 'like new' appearance, ensuring surfaces are free of dirt, debris, odors, and stains.
- Replacing missing grout with matching products and color sealing grout lines.
- Applying an Inorganic Siloxane based protective barrier.
- Utilizing EPA List-N approved products for daily disinfecting against SARS-CoV-2.
- Adhering to performance standards such as a 5-year warranty, restrooms available by 6 AM, and electronic barcoding for reporting.
