Eligibility / Set-Aside Considerations
While this is market research, SDVOSB/VOSB contractors responding must be able to comply with the limitations on subcontracting for services. Specifically, the contractor will not pay more than 50% of the amount received from the government to firms that are not VIP-listed SDVOSBs or VOSBs.
