Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive IPM services across multiple VA NYHHCS locations, including the Manhattan Campus, Brooklyn Campus, and St. Albans Community Living Center. Services encompass inspection, identification, and treatment (chemical and non-chemical) for a wide range of pests, including anthropods, flying insects, predatory pests, stored product pests, rodents, birds, vertebrate pests, lawn/turf pests, shade tree/ornamental pests, wood-destroying organisms, and aquatic pests.

- Utilizing qualified and certified applicators.

- Adhering to strict safety protocols, especially in sensitive areas like food handling, laundry, and patient-occupied spaces.
