Key Requirements & Qualifications
Bidders must possess technical staff qualified by education and experience. All employees working on-site must complete an OSHA 10-Hour construction safety course and the contractor must hold a Missouri Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (or equivalent). Compliance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1200 (Hazard Communication Program) and EPA guidelines for pesticide/herbicide use is mandatory. Contractor personnel will require non-PIV ID cards. A Quality Control Program must be submitted within 21 days of contract award.
