Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide comprehensive trash collection, recycling services, and organic waste composting for the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) across multiple locations, ensuring efficient, compliant, and environmentally responsible waste management.

• Furnish all labor, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, transportation, supervision, and project management for refuse collection, recycling, and composting.

• Services must comply with federal, state, local, VA, OSHA, and EPA regulations.

• Includes maintaining containers, ensuring cleanliness, and responding to additional pickup requests.

• Recycling services cover paper, cardboard, plastics, aluminum, and metals.

• Composting services involve organic waste collection and transport to a certified facility.

• 98% on-time compliance for trash, recycling, and compost pickups.

• Emergency response within 4 hours.

The acquisition is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside.

• Price Evaluation: Assesses completeness of Section B.2 and price reasonableness.
