- New building construction, general building repairs, alterations, and renovation.
- Road and pavement repair, general environmental, incidental minor construction.
- Excavation, plumbing, demolition, electrical, structural, mechanical, concrete work.
- Environmental remedial work (hazardous waste abatement and disposal).
- Potential for water and power infrastructure, power generation, transmission, and distribution projects.

Capability Statement Requirements
Interested vendors must submit a brief capability statement (max five pages) addressing:
- Company information (name, address, CAGE, UEI, POC).
- Experience in similar work, including projects in Puerto Rico/U.S. Virgin Islands, federal government projects, new construction/renovations/O&M, horizontal/vertical construction, water/power infrastructure, multiple concurrent projects, Design-Build projects (including A/E firm experience), and work in military/high-security facilities. Include CMMC level and bonding capacity.
- Interest in specific geographic configurations (combined PR/USVI, PR only, or USVI only) and any participation barriers.
- Feasibility of combining standard vertical construction with major infrastructure projects under a single MATOC, including execution strategy or identified limitations.
