Scope of Work

Contractors will be responsible for:

  • Confirming Addresses: Verifying the accuracy of addresses for UACs and FUACs using databases and records, ensuring they are valid residences.
  • Conducting Site Visits: Performing in-person visits to confirmed addresses to verify physical presence and ensure mail receipt.
  • Observing Overall Wellness: Identifying cohabitants, assessing for signs of abuse, abandonment, neglect, or trafficking (requiring immediate notification to ERO/COR), confirming school enrollment for school-aged UACs, and informing UACs/sponsors of legal responsibilities.
  • Updating ICE Systems of Record: Accurately collecting and entering data on location, safety status, school enrollment, and sponsor details.
  • IT Security & Privacy: Mandatory IT Security Awareness Training and Privacy Training for employees, along with basic safeguarding of covered contractor information systems.

Contract Details

  • Contract Type: Multiple hybrid FFP and Cost-Reimbursable IDIQ contracts.
  • Period of Performance: A two-year base period, split into two one-year ordering periods, with an option to extend services for up to six months.
  • Minimum Order: 1,000 cases per IDIQ contract award.
