- Conditions Assessment: For Prismatarium walls/ceiling (approx. 2,000 sq ft), Women's Lounge walls (350 sq ft), and Third Floor murals (2,000 sq ft).
- Cleaning: Limited to dusting and removal of loose particulates for Women's Lounge and Third Floor murals. Prismatarium murals do not require cleaning.
- Reports: Separate Conditions and Recommendations Reports for Prismatarium, Women's Lounge, and Third Floor murals, detailing conditions, materials, methodologies, and future treatment recommendations.
- Paint Analysis: Creation of approximately 36 exposure windows (min 2"x6", max 1'x2") on the third and fourth levels to identify original building colors, followed by a detailed Paint Analysis Report. The contractor must furnish all services, labor, parts, equipment, tools, materials, qualified personnel, and supervision, adhering to AIC Code of Ethics and Secretary of the Interior's Standards.
