This solicitation is for the procurement of Saltwater Strainer Replacements to support the USNS SUPPLY (T-AOE 6). The items to be procured are Hellan manufactured strainers, and JA Moody Marine Sales is identified as the sole distributor.

• Item 0001: 4 each of 8" BRZ "DH" STRAINER NAVY 250, 1/16".

• Item 0002: 2 each of 8" BRONZE "DH" STRAINER, NAVY 250, 1/4" PERF MONEL.

• The contract type is implied to be Firm Fixed Price for all items.

• Delivery is required on or before November 26, 2026.

• FOB Destination (Norfolk, VA).

• Offerors must submit quotes electronically via email to the contracting officer and contract specialist listed in block 9 of the SF1449.

• Quotes must be in Adobe or Microsoft Office format.

• Quotes must include: price quote with shipping, total firm fixed price, any discount terms, estimated time of delivery, technical submission requirements, principal place of performance, and country of product origin.

• For parts procurement, quotes must include part numbers and titles to verify against the requirements schedule.

• Quotes must state that all technical requirements, including delivery dates and part numbers, can be met.

• The Government may negotiate with quoters and seek revisions.

• The Government may issue a purchase order to JA Moody Marine Sales as the sole source vendor if they provide a technically acceptable quote at a fair and reasonable price.

• Quotes must not contain vendor's standard commercial terms and conditions, as these may be considered a material defect and lead to rejection.

• Evaluation factors include Technical (meeting solicitation requirements) and Price (reasonableness).

• This acquisition is unrestricted.

• The solicitation incorporates FAR clauses 52.212-1, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 by reference.
