Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and services to perform sanitary surveys for ten (10) Drinking Water Systems of U.S. Army Garrison Japan at nine (9) installations across the Kanto (5 installations) and Hiroshima (4 installations) regions. The surveys involve onsite inspections of water sources, treatment, distribution systems, finished water storage, pumping facilities and controls, monitoring and reporting data, system management and operation, and compliance with operator requirements. The objective is to identify deficiencies that might adversely impact public health from the water supply, ensuring compliance with Japan Environmental Governing Standards (JEGS), Army Regulation 200-1, and Technical Bulletin MED 576. A preliminary study reviewing existing documents and records from October 2021 through March 2026 is also required.
Key Requirements
