  • Performing functions related to afloat and ashore radio frequency (RF), satellite communications (SATCOM), IT Transport and Networks (Navy and Coalition), and RRL.
  • Conducting capability gap determination, analyzing solution options, and developing requirements to counter current and future threats.
  • Supporting the development of end-to-end integrated capabilities for RC3, IT Transport and Networks, RRL, and C5I Core Tactical Baseline, including Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) considerations, Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development, and prioritization processes.
