- Quality Assurance: Maintain a quality system per MIL-I-45208, MIL-Q-9858, or ISO9001:2008, with Government Quality Assurance at source. Suppliers of SFCC material must submit their current documented quality system procedures prior to award.
- Configuration Control: Strict configuration control, including submission of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) for Class I/II changes and waivers/deviations for Submarine Program Manager (SPM) approval.
