Amendment / Modification

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under FAR Part 12 and Part 13. It constitutes the only solicitation, and no separate written solicitation will be issued. The procurement is for classroom furniture for the Turtle Mountain Middle School.

• TERO (Tribal Employment Rights Office) is applicable.

• The TERO Fee (3% of Total) and Annual TERO License are noted in the pricing summary.
