Contract Details

- Delivery Terms: FOB Destination to Turtle Mountain Middle School, Belcourt, ND 58316.
- Delivery Date: Within 30 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO).
- TERO Fees: Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) fees are applicable, including a 3% TERO Fee and an Annual TERO License, which must be incorporated into pricing. Bidders must complete Section 3 on the continuation pages for Amendment 0002.

- Required Documents: Quotes must be all-inclusive, firm fixed price, and include lead times, product specifications/drawings/designs, and proof of authorization as a distributor/reseller/partner. Offerors must complete and submit SF-1449, provide Company Tax ID, Cage Code, and UEI number.
- Amendment Acknowledgment: All amendments must be acknowledged.
