• The Buyer must be a United States citizen.

• The Buyer must be eligible to obtain export licenses from the Department of State, Department of Commerce, or Office of Foreign Assets Control.

• Buyers are cautioned about dangerous property clauses and must hold the Government harmless.

• Property Location: Bldg. 901 Michael Road, MCB Camp Lejeune.

• Successful bidder must pick up the commodity within 15 days of award.

• Pick-up hours: Monday-Thursday, 7:00am - 1:00pm (excluding Federal holidays).

• Transportation must be DOT approved and comply with all relevant regulations. The Buyer is responsible for transportation and cleanup of spills.

• Securing the load is the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

• Damage to Government property during removal is the responsibility of the successful bidder.

• All transportation personnel require base access and must comply with specific ID requirements (see link provided in document).

• Environmental considerations are paramount; premises of high bidders may be subject to on-site inspection.
