This procurement requires the supply of Self-Locking Socket Head Cap Screws in accordance with Vacco drawing V3E10064, Item 11, part number V2D11681-18A. The self-locking element must conform to MIL-DTL-18240, and the material must be SAE-AMS-5643, Condition H-1025. Key requirements include:
- Technical Specifications: Adherence to Vacco drawing V3E10064, MIL-DTL-18240, and SAE-AMS-5643.
- Testing: Mandatory Liquid Penetrant Inspection (per T9074-AS-GIB-010/271 and MIL-DTL-1222) and Wedge Tensile Testing (per MIL-DTL-1222 and ASTM-F606) for each production lot.
- Thread Inspection: Must comply with FED-STD-H28 series, with ASME B1 series as an acceptable commercial equivalent.
