Scope of Work
This opportunity requires the manufacturing and delivery of hexagon head screws in accordance with Oil States drawing 302893, part number 302893-110. Key requirements include:

- Material must be QQ-N-286, Form 2, annealed and age hardened.
- Extensive testing and certification, including Liquid Penetrant Inspection (sampling per MIL-DTL-1222) and specific requirements for K-MONEL fasteners (heat treatment, mechanical properties, Slow Strain Rate Tensile Test by approved laboratories).
- Provision of one additional fastener for each uniquely identified heat/lot for traceability.

Contract Details
This is a Solicitation for a DO rated order, certified for national defense use under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS). Delivery of final material is required on or before 365 days after the effective date of the resulting contract.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Bidders must provide and maintain a quality system in accordance with ISO-9001 (or MIL-I-45208) and calibration system requirements of ISO-10012 (or MIL-STD-45662). Strict traceability and certification requirements apply, including:
- Certificate of Compliance (DI-MISC-80678) for all items.
- Quantitative chemical and mechanical analysis of material.

- Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY) review/acceptance of Certification CDRLs will take 30 working days after receipt.
