This solicitation is for the purchase of two (2) travel trailers. The government is procuring these trailers to meet operational needs.

• Two (2) travel trailers.

• Trailers must be in accordance with the attached specifications.

• Delivery must be arranged and paid for by the awardee if pick-up is not available within 100 miles of Madison, SD or 225 miles of Bismarck, ND.

• Contract type: Firm-fixed-price.

• Period of Performance: March 18, 2026, to May 31, 2026.

• Quotes and questions are due by March 11, 2025, at 4:00 PM Central Daylight Time.

• All documents must be submitted as a combined/single PDF file via email to dana_arnold@fws.gov.

• Required submission items include a completed SF 1449, company information (name, UEI, POC), and a signed copy of all solicitation amendments.

• Offers must demonstrate the ability to meet or exceed technical specifications.

• Evaluation factors include: Ability to meet technical specifications, lead time after receipt of order, and price.

• Offers that exceed minimum requirements in ways that reduce operational risk, improve performance, or provide measurable benefit may be evaluated more favorably.

• Shorter lead times that enhance operational readiness and equipment availability may be considered more advantageous.

• The acquisition is set aside 100.00% for Small Business.

• NAICS Code: 336212, Size Standard: 1,000.

• The solicitation incorporates FAR clauses by reference, including those related to commercial products and services, representations and certifications, and trade agreements.

• Offerors must review and comply with all applicable provisions and clauses.

This document outlines the specifications for two (2) travel trailers to be procured by the Missouri River Fish and Wildlife Conservation Office (FWCO). It details the required characteristics, delivery terms, and warranty.

• Condition: Factory New (unused, not previously titled/registered/demonstrated), year 2023 or newer, free of infestation.

• Dimensions & Weight: Exterior length 20-28 ft, width 8 ft, exterior height < 13 ft 7 in, interior height >= 6 ft 6 in. GVWR 3,500-8,000 lbs, hitch weight < 1,200 lbs, cargo capacity > 950 lbs.

• Tank Capacities: Minimum 20 gallons each for fresh water, grey water, and black water.

• Sleeping & Layout: 1 slide-out (dinette area), 1 set of double bunks, 1 queen/king or murphy bed.

• Electrical Hookup: 30 amp.

• Heating/Cooling: Water heater, air conditioning, furnace (at least 16000 BTUs).

• Kitchen: Stove top/range, fridge, microwave, sink with faucet.

• Bathroom: Shower, sink with faucet, toilet.

• Body Material: Aluminum or Fiberglass.

• Warranty: Minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty covering structural, mechanical, electrical, and appliance components.

• Delivery: FOB Destination. If trailers are not available for pick-up within 100 miles of Madison, SD or 225 miles of Bismarck, ND, the awardee must arrange and pay for delivery.

• Delivery Location: 23520 South Dakota Hwy 19, Madison, SD 57042.

• Title Requirements: Trailers must be supplied with Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO) assigned to the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service.

• Invoicing/Payment: Invoices to be submitted through IPP after Government acceptance.
