• Period for Acceptance of Offers: Offerors must hold prices firm for 30 calendar days from the offer receipt date, unless otherwise specified.

• Submission: Offers must be signed, dated, and submitted by the exact time specified in the solicitation. Electronic submissions are subject to specific receipt time rules.

• Evaluation: The Government intends to award without discussions, based on initial offers. Technical capability, price, and past performance are mentioned as potential evaluation factors.

• NAICS Code and Size Standard: Appear elsewhere in the solicitation. A size standard of 500 employees applies to concerns not manufacturing the item they offer.

• System for Award Management (SAM): Offerors must have a Unique Entity Identifier and ensure their SAM.gov registration is current, accurate, and complete.
