Eligibility & Access
- Mandatory: Only 8(a) SeaPort NxG MAC Holders are eligible to respond. No other offers will be considered.
- RFP Access: Solicitations and attachments are available via the PIEE Solicitation Module (piee.eb.mil). Contractors must register for PIEE accounts.
- Access Request: To gain access, offerors must provide their CAGE Code. The Government will verify the offeror is a SeaPort NxG MAC Holder and an active 8(a) on the SBA website.
