Scope of Work
The services involve providing and installing physical security features in compliance with Post’s Regional Security Office. Key deliverables include:
- Installation of security grilles (fixed window, door, emergency release).
- Installation of substantial doors (solid-core wood, hollow-core metal, 8ga steel reinforced) and door frame reinforcement.
- Installation of door viewers, primary/auxiliary/gate/fence gate locks.
- Installation of anti-climb spikes and fences.
- Installation of additional security measures (safety pin/lock, security bar) and alarm circuits.
- Provision of scaffolding and PPE for height work.
- A "Design plan for each house/apartment" (CLINs 028, 128, 228, 328) has been added as an updated requirement. Work will be performed in four phases: Preliminary Work, Preparation, Installation, and Inspection, adhering to the Statement of Work (SOW), quantity survey, drawing set, and safety plan.
Contract Details
