Analyzers must feature automated CBC with 6-part differential, abnormal cell flagging, automated reagent management, suitable processing speed, open/closed-tube sampling (including pediatric), STAT capability, barcode scanning, adequate onboard storage, and LIS/HL7 compatibility. Physical requirements include a bench-top model with a small footprint and FDA-approved body fluid capabilities.
Anticipated Contract Details
The anticipated contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price, Monthly Flat Rate, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract with an estimated five-year ordering period. This will be a Non-Personal Service, Commercial Item purchase order. Pricing is expected to be based on a Cost-Per-Test (CPT) model, covering all equipment, reagents, consumables, maintenance, and training.
