Scope of Work

The SLEA will provide strategic planning, development, and oversight for INL Armenia's Law Enforcement Development program. Key responsibilities include assessing host country law enforcement needs, managing USG-sponsored projects, coordinating with international donors, organizing and leading trainings, building contacts within the law enforcement sector, and advising on institutional reforms. The SLEA will also manage law enforcement-related procurements and may act as INL Director during absences, overseeing program management and financial operations.

Eligibility & Requirements

Applicants must be U.S. citizens with the ability to obtain a Secret level security clearance. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 7 years of U.S. law enforcement experience, OR a Master's degree and 5 years of U.S. law enforcement experience. Specific experience requirements include 3 years in cross-border/transnational crime, 3 years in senior management roles with strategic planning, 7 years in program management, and 2 years in government procurement.
