The Government is seeking vendors to provide comprehensive maintenance services for the Electronic Ramp Gate System, specifically:

  • Preventive Maintenance (PM): Perform scheduled maintenance four (4) times per machine, per year, in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications.
  • Software Support: Provide necessary WINDSX software maintenance and updates for the 76th Aircraft Maintenance Group's (AMXG) Electronic Gate System during scheduled PM visits.
  • Over and Above (O&A) Services: Conduct O&A work as discovered and necessary, adhering to DFARS 252.217-7028.
  • Response Times: Respond to equipment malfunctions within two (2) business days, provide written Estimate Repair Reports within one (1) business day of inspection, and perform repairs within five (5) business days of parts receipt.
  • Reporting: Provide draft and final Service Reports upon completion of maintenance.
