  • Replacement Parts: All required replacement parts (excluding consumables) to be furnished at no additional cost, new to original specifications, with earliest next-day delivery.
  • Software Updates/Service: Provision of software service and updates per manufacturer's procedures, including telephone access for technical support and troubleshooting. Advance government approval is required for all software updates.
