Scope of Work
The contractor will provide SETA support to JIAMDO, serving as a subject matter expert in IAMD. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting JIAMDO's mission and duties, encompassing general and specific tasks for the Warfighter Requirements, Capabilities Development, and Capabilities Assessment Branches.
- Preparing briefings, conducting analysis, coordinating meetings, and supporting IAMD concepts and capabilities development.
- Assessing IAMD capabilities, with a focus on ballistic missile defense, cruise missile defense, counter-UAS, IAMD operational architecture, and simulations (e.g., Nimble Fire, JRICM).
- Adherence to strict security requirements, including Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Level of Effort (LOE) Task Order.
- Period of Performance: A 10-month base period (August 2026 - June 2027) followed by four 12-month option periods.
- Estimated LOE: 59,200 manhours for the base period, with a total estimated 343,360 manhours if all options are exercised.
- Set-Aside: Full and Open Competition.

Submission & Evaluation
This is a two-step source selection process:
- Step One (Viability): Offerors must submit a 2-page description of relevant experience by May 1, 2026, 5:00 PM EST. Only viable competitors will be invited to Step Two.
- Step Two (CPFF Best Value Tradeoff): Invited competitors will submit a technical and cost/price quote. Quotes are due by May 24, 2026, 5:00 PM EST.
- Evaluation Factors: Performance Approach and Past Performance are of equal importance, with non-cost factors considered more important than cost. The "Past Performance Information Form" is crucial for documenting experience.
