Quick Summary

Opportunity Details
This requirement, identified as N00164-26-Q-0054, is for the setup and training of highly specialized RMA STE, which is critical for verifying the function of Digital Receiver/Exciters (DREX) Line Replaceable Units (LRUs), including the Auxiliary Power control card, Dual Channel Converter, and Multi-Band Frequency Synthesizer. The service, setup, and training were not included in the original purchase of the STE. General Dynamics Mission Systems, Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), and there are no alternative or commercially available sources for these specialized services without significant delays (24-36 months) and cost detriment (over $1 million) to the Government.

General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS) will provide on-site setup, configuration, training, and post-setup support for one (1) DREX STE at NSWC Crane. Key tasks include:
- Providing one (1) Condition "A" or "golden" Dual Channel Converter (DCC), Multi-Band Frequency Synthesizer (MBFS), and Auxiliary Power Controller Card (APCC) LRU to verify STE operation and assist in troubleshooting.
- Collaborating with NSWC Crane IT for secure enclave technical interchange.
- Ensuring the STE is certified for operation at NSWC Crane.
- Providing training for up to 12 NSWC personnel on the equipment setup and operation.
