Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This SOW outlines tasks for General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS) to provide on-site setup, configuration, training, and post-setup support for one (1) DREX Special Test Equipment (STE) to enhance testing capability for the AN/SPY-6(V) Organic DREX Depot at Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane.

• GDMS will provide quantity one (1) Condition "A" or "golden" Dual Channel Converter (DCC), Multi-Band Frequency Synthesizer (MBFS), and Auxiliary Power Controller Card (APCC) Lower Repairable Units (LRU) to verify STE operation and assist in troubleshooting.
• NSWC Crane will provide a Clock Coding Module (CCM) or equivalent frequency time standard.
• A technical interchange will occur between NSWC Crane IT and GDMS for secure enclaves.
• The approved operating system is Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 9.
• GDMS will provide Software (SW) executables only; source code is not included but can be scoped as an additional effort.

Work completion is defined by two conditions:

• The STE is certified for operation at NSWC Crane.

• NSWC personnel training (up to 12 personnel) and equipment setup are completed.

• Period of Performance (PoP): From date of award to January 2027.

• Place of Performance: NSWC Crane facility.

• Technical interchange with GDMS for secure enclaves.

• Use of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 9.

• Training for up to 12 NSWC personnel.
