Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision to upgrade the operating system of an existing sewer inspection camera trailer. Key tasks include:
- Picking up the trailer from F.E. Warren AFB, transporting it to the contractor's facility for upgrade, and returning it.
- Removing old components (monitors, computers, camera tractor, cable reel, generator fuel tank).
- Installing new components, including a replacement 10-gallon fuel tank, 22" widescreen monitor, KW Reel cabinet, HD Mainline System, Pressure Test Set, and an ORION 3.0 Zoom HD/SD Adaptive PAN & TILT CAMERA or equivalent.
- Installing a T66.1 HD Camera Tractor with various wheelsets for pipelines 4" and larger.
- Implementing a vehicle-mounted control system (BS3.5-10X) and an IKAS MINI industrial PC with specific hardware and software.
- Ensuring all subcomponents are compatible and meet detailed technical specifications outlined in the Salient Characteristics document.
- Providing a one-year warranty or manufacturer's standard commercial warranty, whichever is longer, including a one-year workmanship warranty.
