Scope of Work

- Rehabilitation of the existing lift station by replacing aging pumps with higher-capacity 5-horsepower models, upgrading controls, and replacing the 2-inch force main with a 3-inch HDPE pipe.
- Loop C (30 RV campsites + 1 host site): Upgrading electrical and water systems, including replacing the old PVC loop with frost-free hydrants at each site, and installing a new electrical loop with updated panels, conduit, and government-furnished 30A/50A pedestals, ensuring National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70 compliance.
- Lucas Park:
